Official Transcript Ordering Options

Online Ordering (Preferred)

  • Quickest and least expensive. Available 24/7.
  • Access through RAMweb (current students) or RAMrecords (former students and alumni).
  • Electronic transcripts ($11) are sent to recipients within two hours of placing the order. Provided by Parchment.
  • Paper transcripts ($13) are mailed out via First Class Mail the next business day.

      • FedEx Overnight Domestic (1-2 business days) – $45
      • FedEx International (2-3 business days) – $70
  • To submit to an application service (LSAC, AMCAS, CASPA, PTCAS, OTCAS, etc.) choose Select an Application Service on the Recipient screen. Many only need your application ID and do not require your cover sheet.

Walk-In Ordering

  • $20 per copy, available during our office hours of Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm MT
    • No mailing/shipping options available.
  • Credit Card payment only.
  • Student ID must be present to release transcript.

Third-Party Ordering

  • Online through our eStore to be mailed out after processing.
  • Release forms are required and can be uploaded in the ordering process.
  • Transcripts are $20 per copy.

Transcript Hold

If you have a financial hold preventing the release of transcripts, and your outstanding debt to CSU is due to unpaid tuition, room and board, or returned financial aid, that debt must be paid in full. This hold will be removed once the amount owed due to these charges is reduced to zero.

A waiver to temporarily lift this hold may be requested if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • The transcript is required for a job application
  • The transcript is required for the military (Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserves)
  • The transcript is required for a financial aid application (federal, state, or institutional)
  • The transcript is required to apply to another college or university
  • The transcript is required to apply for other post-secondary opportunities
 

To request a waiver, you must provide

  • Your student ID
  • Full name
  • A copy of the application document listed above demonstrating the requirement for a transcript or diploma.


If granted, the waiver will be in effect only for as long as it takes to generate the requested transcript. Waivers may be requested by going to RAMweb or RAMrecords and completing the Online Waiver Application. The application can be found on the Official Transcript page.
