Virtual Consult Room

We are able to meet with you in a virtual 1:1 setting. Please email or to schedule a Zoom meeting with the applicable office. Meetings are scheduled Monday through Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm (MT)

Form Submission

Forms can be submitted via email or through one of our upload links. If using the upload link, ensure the form has been completed in its entirety.

Returned Diploma Pick-Up Hours (Beginning August 17th):

Tuesday: 2 to 5 PM MT
Friday: 9 AM to 12 PM MT

If you cannot make one of the scheduled pick-up times, email for different options.

Location: In front of Centennial Hall (100 Libbie Coy Dr, Fort Collins)


  1. Before arriving, email to confirm your diploma was returned.
  2. Bring a photo ID.
  3. Once you arrive, wear a mask, have your ID ready, wait outside of Centennial Hall, and call (970) 491-4828 or email
    1. Service will be denied if masks are not present.
  4. Be conscientious of social distancing and maintain 6′ separation if multiple parties are present during pick-up hours.
