Anticipated Graduation Date Declaration/Changes
Students file their anticipated graduation date/intent to graduate every term through Registration Ready in RAMweb. Students anticipated graduation date, along with enrollment data, is then sent to the National Student Clearinghouse to verify loans and insurance.
Graduate students must also declare their intent to graduate with the Graduate School through the GS25 Form, in addition to filing their anticipated graduation date through Registration Ready. For more information please see the Graduate School website.
Students needing to change their anticipated graduation date after completing Registration Ready,and prior to completing the next semesters Registration Ready, will need to contact the Registrar’s Office at registrarsoffice@colostate.edu, (970)491-7159, or in person in Centennial Hall.
