Only courses taken at CSU are calculated into a student’s GPA, transfer credits are not counted. GPA is calculated in the following method:
1. Calculate total quality points by using the below chart of quality points per credit. To do so multiply the quality points for a grade by the number of credits for the course for each course taken at CSU.
2. Add up the total number of credits and the total number of quality points.
3. Divide the total quality points by the total credits to calculate GPA.
