How does my student obtain a transcript?

Student’s transcripts are considered private under FERPA. Therefore, only the student can request his or her official transcripts. Current students can request official transcripts online through the “Transcript (Official)” link in RAMweb. Previous students & alumni can request official transcripts online through RAMrecords at www.ramrecords.colostate.edu. Students can also request transcripts in person at the Registrar’s Office, Centennial Hall, or by mail using the Official Transcript Request Form.

Unofficial transcripts are available to current students through RAMweb, or through RAMrecords for alumni and previous students.
