The National Student Clearinghouse
provides all enrollment verifications for CSU. Your student will need
to log into RAMweb, and click on the “Enrollment Verification
Certificate” link. At the bottom of the information page they will need
to click on the “Enrollment Verification Certificate” link. They will
be redirected to a different site where they will find a variety of
helpful links.
The first link, "Obtain an enrollment certificate to
print and mail to a health insurer or other company that requests proof
of my enrollment" allows your student to print an official document, at
no charge, to mail to a company proving their current and/or past
enrollment at CSU. This certificate can be mailed to their loan
company, health insurer, military base, etc. This certificate takes the
place of signed forms or letters from the Registrar's Office.
Enrollment Verification certificates are available starting the first
day of the term. Verification of registration before the term begins
is also possible through RAMweb, by clicking on the Registration link
under the Registration section and printing that page. The printed
schedule should be submitted to the requesting entity accompanied by
the Registration Verification Letter.
If your student is unable to provide this
document to you or the requesting agency, you can request the National
Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification Certificate through the
National Student Clearinghouse website, by clicking on the “Verify
Current Enrollment” link.
