Current Students
Undergraduate Major, Minor, and Concentration Changes are accomplished through the Undergraduate Change of Major, Second Major, Minor, or Concentration Form. Students can pick up these forms in the Registrar’s Office, Centennial Hall.
To add or change a major, minor or concentration the student must have the department of the major, minor or concentration they are adding sign the form.
To drop a major, minor, or concentration no departmental signature is required.
The completed form must then be submitted to the Registrar’s Office for processing.
The changes will be made within approximately one week of the form being submitted.
Newly Admitted Students
Undergraduate students who are newly admitted for a future term can change their primary major through Admissions before the first day of the term.
To do so, please contact their office at admissions@colostate.edu or at 970-491-6909.
These students can add concentrations, second majors, and minors by submitting the Undergraduate Change of Major, Second Major, Minor, or Concentration Form to the Registrar's Office as detailed above.
