The G.I. Promise Act grants:

• All honorably discharged veterans and their dependents that show established domicile in CO regardless of length of time shall be granted in-state tuition status.
• All members of the armed forces of the United State on active duty in Colorado or the member’s spouse or dependent shall not lose his or her eligibility for in-state tuition status if the member retires or separates from the military and remains in Colorado.

Students must submit the G.I. Promise Act Tuition Adjustment Form, along with the required documentation as outlined on the form, to Student Financial Services (contact information available on the base of the form), no later than the first day of the term to be eligible.
