Major Changes
Undergraduate Major, Minor, and Concentration Changes are accomplished through the Undergraduate
Change of Major, Second Major, Minor, or Concentration Form. Students can access these
forms in the Registrar’s Office, Centennial Hall. To add or
change a major, minor or concentration the student must have the department of the
major, minor or concentration they are adding sign the form. The completed form must
then be submitted to the Registrar’s Office for processing. The changes will be made within
one week of the form being submitted.
Graduate students must change their program of study through the Graduate School with a GS7, Request for Change of Department and/or Degree Program, Form. The GS7 Form and instructions can be found on the Graduate School's website.
If the student needs the changes to go through
prior to being able to register for a course they will either need to wait until the form has
been processed, or they will need a Major, Minor, Concentration Override from the
department to register immediately.
