Final Grade Entry in ARIESweb 

To enter and submit grades

1. Log into ARIESweb.

2. Click on the “Grade Input” link, under the Instructor Tools section.

3. Choose the appropriate term in the drop down menu and click the “Submit” button.

4. Select the appropriate CRN (section) you wish to enter grades for and click the “Submit” button.

5. You will now see the Final Grades page displayed. Students will be listed in groups of 25 alphabetically by their last names.

6. Grades can be entered for each student by choosing the appropriate grade in the drop down menu, or by typing the appropriate letter grade in the box. The system will not allow you to enter a grade other than the appropriate grades available for that specific section and student.

7. Once you have entered the appropriate grades click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.

To do so log into ARIESweb and clicking on the “ARIES A-Z Information” link under the ARIES Information Links section, click on the G in the A-Z list, click on the “Grade Input” link, and finally click on the “Click Here” button next to Entering Final Grades in ARIESweb.
