Anticipated Graduation Date/ Intent to Graduate Declaration
Students file their anticipated graduation date/intent to graduate through Registration Ready each term. The anticipated graduation date supplied through Registration Ready is sent to the National Student Clearinghouse, along with enrollment data, for loan and insurance enrollment verification purposes.
Graduate Students will also need to supply their anticipated graduation date through Registration Ready, but will need to file an Intent to Graduate with the Graduate School through the GS25 Form as well. For more information please see the Graduate School website.
If a student wishes to change their anticipated graduation date after completing Registration Ready, and prior to completing the coming semesters Registration Ready they will need to contact the Registrar’s Office with their updated graduation date at registrarsoffice@colostate.edu, (970)491-7159, or in person in Centennial Hall.
