Graduation Contracts

Undergraduate candidates for graduation must complete and sign a contract for graduation for all majors, second majors, and minors during the semester in which they plan to graduate. The graduation contract is the official document listing any unfinished requirements to be completed for graduation, based upon the student’s DARS audit.

Graduation contracts are generated in the Registrar’s Office and sent to major & minor departments during the first week of each term. Students will need to contact their major, second major, and minor departments, during the first week of the term in which the student plans to graduate, to set up a time to sign their contracts.
