Incomplete Grades

In instructor may assign a temporary grade of “I” to a student. The instructor and the student must specify in writing the requirements for students to complete the course. After successful completion on the course, the instructor or the department head will submit a grade change to the Registrar’s Office. After one year, or at the end of the semester in which the student graduates (whichever comes first), any incompletes remaining on a student’s record will be automatically changed to a grade of “F.” If a student must re-take the course to complete the Incomplete they should not register for the course a second time.
