Eligible CSU Academic Faculty, Administrative Professional, State Classified, and USDA employees at the GS9 level or above may use the Employee Study Privilege benefit to take up to nine credit hours of courses per year (beginning with Summer 2011) without the assessment of the student portion of tuition or general fees. To claim this benefit for on-campus classes, employees must submit the Employee Study Privilege Form to the Registrar’s Office in Centennial Hall no later than the first day of classes for the term. More information about the benefit is available on the first page of the form.
