Official Transcript Orders

Previous students/alumni may order official transcripts for $8 per copy in one of the following ways:

Online. Order at www.ramrecords.colostate.edu and pay by credit card. The first time you log in to RAMrecords you'll need to click on “Create a RAMrecords User ID” and set up login information to access your records. We mail transcripts ordered online within one to two business days.
By mail. Print out the Official Transcript Order Form and mail it to Registrar’s Office - Transcripts, Colorado State University, 1063 Campus Delivery, Fort Collins, CO 80523-1063. Transcripts ordered by mail are mailed out within one to two business days. Payment may be made by check or money order (made out to “CSU”), Visa or MasterCard. We mail transcripts one to two business days after we receive the request. We do not accept these orders by fax, email or over the phone.
In person. by the student and printed immediately in the Registrar’s Office, Centennial Hall, or mailed out the next business day. Payment for transcripts requested in person may be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Students requesting transcripts in person must present a photo ID.

Expedited delivery service is available through all methods of requests. You may choose from overnight UPS for an additional $12.50 (UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes unless the main address is a college or university), overnight Express Mail through the U.S. Postal Service for an additional $17.50, International UPS for $25.00, or fax for an additional $10.00 (faxed transcripts are considered unofficial). Transcripts requiring expedited delivery are not sent out the same day they are ordered but, as above, are sent or faxed the business day after we receive the request.

All financial accounts must be cleared before your transcript can be released. Transcript fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept faxed or emailed transcript requests. We will shred your faxed request to protect your privacy.
